Commissions based on Total Referrer Spend

Needs the ability to Trigger a “Total Spend” rule to allow building multi-tier commissions based on total spend. EG. Once Referrer spends $500 total, Affiliate gets $50 etc. Is there a way to do this currently? Feels like a no-brainer.
