  bulk delete table lines for Per Product Shipping

  It would be nice to be able to bulk delete table lines in product edit page. The simple possibility of selecting everything by holding shift button would be great. Control button is already usable but not shift button.

  Working CSV Import

  The CSV import of the plugin does not work, since after the import WordPress does not go back to the product page to actually save the importet shipping rates.It stays on the “Import complete” page. Therefore making the complete CSV useless.
