  Support Paypal Tracking API

  Paypal now allows us to add tracking numbers to transaction ID. This will be really useful if we can also push the tracking number to the Paypal account to avoid being limited or dispute. https://developer.paypal.com/docs/tracking/integrate/#add-tracking-information-with-tracking-numbers

  Make “Shipment Tracking” plugin cheaper and contain many more carriers than just 14 listed. Expensive for only the few.

  First, it’s kind of expensive to provide tracking from 14 different carriers. I use 14, but out of the ones listed there, I use only 2 (UPS and FedEx). Can’t we add others like Old Dominion, Estes, SAIA, Roadrunner, XPO, etc.
